Reducing the risk of exposure.

Reducing the risk of exposure.

In light of the recent Coronavirus cases in Rhode Island, we want to assure you that Tri-County Community Action Agency is closely monitoring state and federal guidance to provide a safe environment for patients, clients and staff, and to ensure we can share up-to-date information and resources. With guidance from the Rhode Island Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control, we are taking steps to make sure our clinics remain safe and to reduce your risk of being exposed to Coronavirus. If you need a same day sick visit, please call our office first at 401-519-1940. Procedures have been implemented to screen patients and direct all individuals to appropriate care. In order to minimize risk to all clients and visitors at Tri-County locations, we have implemented new cleaning and sanitation procedures, and are encouraging all individuals that are feeling sick to remain home. We encourage all individuals to be diligent in frequent hand washing, limiting contact with others, and to disinfect homes and personal belongings. We will continue to share information about COVID-19 as it becomes available.
