At Tri-County, we are leading youth down the road to success. Using dialogue, information and support, counselors and case managers help youth avoid destructive behaviors and make good decisions that will lead to responsible, productive adulthood. Our team of skilled case managers work with youth and families to address issues which are affecting emotional, physical, psychological and social well-being.
Tri-County also coordinates Substance Abuse Prevention Coalitions in collaboration with community and education representatives to establish annual community-wide plans to deliver substance abuse prevention services to youth and families.
