Lending a helping hand, when you need it most.
At Tri-County Community Action Agency, we know that most of us can use a helping hand from time to time. Our network of caring, knowledgeable staff are available to assist you with a multitude of services, and can often assist quickly in times of emergency situations.
Emergency services, including food pantries and heating assistance will remain open during the covid-19 crisis. However, we are not taking walk-in clients. Please contact us by phone to complete an application, or for more information on how to access food or other services.
Within the Emergency Assistance Programs, Tri-County operates three food pantries and partners with other Rhode Island Agencies to ensure we have the basic necessities that our clients need most, available to them when they need it. The Energy Assistance Program provides weatherization services in a variety of ways, such as fuel assistance, boiler repair and energy audits to lower utility bills. We are constantly assessing our clients’ needs to ensure we are able to respond appropriately and quickly, in any emergency situation.
