Tri-County offers comprehensive family medicine, integrated behavioral health, and dental health services, at two convenient locations. Our staff of highly trained medical professionals include physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwife, licensed clinical social workers, dentists, dental hygienists, nurses, medical assistants and medical receptionists, along with other skilled health care professionals.
Our state-of-the-art health centers are equipped to provide care for patients of any age, from pre-natal and infant care, to pediatrics and adolescents, to adult primary care and senior care. We offer convenient hours, evening appointments and same day visits, at both the Johnston and North Providence locations.
Tri-County does not refuse care based on an inability to pay. We offer sliding scale discounts to those that qualify. Most health insurance plans are accepted.

Tri-County Health Center is recognized as a level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
Tri-County Health Centers receive Health and Human Services funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
