The Adult Basic Education program includes academic assessments, classes for GED exam preparation, Adult Basic Education, post secondary educational assistance, and alternative diploma programs.  We also provide official Alternative Learning Plans for all high schools in our service delivery area.  Services are delivered though classroom based lessons, tutoring, home-based studies, and computer assisted learning.

Financial Literacy Program

The Financial Literacy Program provides financial assessments and financial literacy workshops including budgeting basics, credit repair, and savings/retirement accounts.  Eligible clients receive a $50 bonus deposit for opening a first time savings account.

Adult Job Training

Adults age 25 and over who are enrolled in Adult Education or other Agency programs are eligible for job training services at Tri-County.  We provide assistance with resume writing, job search, interview skills, and skill upgrades.  Additionally, individuals may participate in on-the-job-training (OJT), Basic Skills Training, and Job Placement and Retention.
