Behavioral Health Clinicians

Jennifer Caffrey, LICSW   Behavioral health Clinician –  Tri-County is excited to welcome Jennifer to the practice!  Jennifer is an experienced mental health clinician, providing counseling and treatment services for individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health and substance use concerns.  She brings with her many years of experience in the treatment of children, adolescents and their family in both outpatient and inpatient settings.  She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College.  In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, caring for animals, gardening and running.  Jennifer is accepting new patients ages 5 and up.

 

Barbara Chadwick, LCSW    Behavioral Health Clinician –  Barbara joined the Tri-County Health Center as a behavioral health clinician in July of 2018, and has been a valued member of the Tri-County Head Start program since 1996.  She earned her Master of Social work degree from Rhode Island College and has many years of experience working with children and their families.  Barbara provides outpatient mental health counseling services to children, adolescents, adults and their families, and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.  In her spare time she enjoys gardening, volunteering, nature and being with family.  Barbara is limited to evening hours only, and is     accepting new patients.

 

Richard Chartier, LICSW   Behavioral Health Clinician –  Tri-County welcomed Richard to the group in 2016.  He earned his Master of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College.  Richard is a highly experienced clinical social worker who provides assessment, diagnosis and treatment of individuals and families who are experiencing mental health, substance use, relationship and/or anger management issues.  He has a special interest in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders, character disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder and relationship problems.  Richard is currently accepting new patients.

 

Yolanda DaSilva-Melo, LICSW   Behavioral Health Clinician – Tri-County welcomed Yolanda in October of 2018.  Yolanda earned her Master of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College.  She is a skilled clinician, providing crisis intervention, individual and group therapy and counseling for a multitude of mental health and substance use concerns with a focus on developing individualized care plans that address the specific needs of the individual or family.  Yolanda is also fluent in Cape Verdean Creole.  She is now accepting new patients.

 

Marcie DiOrio, LICSW   Behavioral Health Clinician – Marcie joined Tri-County in 2017 as a supervising coach in the Family Care Community Partnership program.  She transitioned to the Health Center team as a behavioral health clinician in 2018 where she provides outpatient mental health counseling services to children, adolescents, adults and families.  Marcie earned her Master of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College.  In her spare time, Marcie enjoys spending time outdoors.  She is currently accepting new patients age 5 and older.

 

Patricia Giarrusso, APRN   Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Patricia is an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner and joined the practice in 2018 She is highly experienced in providing mental health and substance use counseling and treatment.  Patricia is known for her compassionate, respectful treatment of adults with diverse mental health concerns including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, PTSD, personality disorders and substance use.  Patricia earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Columbia University School of Nursing, and also holds a Master of Arts degree from Middlebury College in Italian Studies!

 

Rachel McCrystal, LICSW   Behavioral Health Clinician – Tri-County is excited to welcome Rachel to our team!   Rachel earned her Master of Social Work degree from Boston College and joins us as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.  Rachel brings with her a confident, caring approach to the counseling and treatment of individuals and families struggling with mental health and/or substance use concerns.  She has a particular interest in working with individuals and families with foster care and attachment concerns, mood disorders, body image and self-esteem, social justice and those suffering from trauma. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys yoga, meditation, volunteering for the Special Olympics and spending time with family.  She is currently accepting new patients, age 5 and older.

 

Cecile Tetreault, LICSW   Behavioral Health Clinician – Cecile has been a member of the Tri-County Behavioral Health Team for several years. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work.  Cecile is a highly experienced behavioral health professional who provides outpatient mental health and substance use services including assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, consultation and relapse prevention for individuals, and groups.  She is currently accepting new patients.

 

Sean Walsh, LICSW   Behavioral health Director, Behavioral Health Clinician – Sean is the Behavioral Health Director at Tri-County and joined the practice in January, 2020.  Prior to becoming the Behavioral Health Director, Sean acted as the Director of the Tri-County Family Care Community Partnership program since 2008.  He earned his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Connecticut.  In addition to providing supervision, support and guidance to the practice clinicians, Sean provides counseling and treatment services to patients with mental health and behavioral health disorders and/or concerns.  Outside of Tri-County, Sean enjoys many varieties of music and being in the outdoors.  Sean is accepting new patients.
